We only accept online orders; we cannot accept phone, fax or e-mail orders. At Vaja, our highest priority is ensuring that both your personal and payment/transaction information is completely secure and that your privacy is respected. Below is a description of how we maintain online security and respect for your privacy.
Whenever you provide any order information, we use SSL technology to make sure that it is encrypted, or scrambled, so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. If you become a registered Vaja member, all information (such as your name, address, and email address) is safely stored behind a firewall.

Vaja products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. It warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the purchase. Under no circumstances, the warranty will apply after this time. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received and will only run for the same model originally purchased. To apply for this benefit you should contact Vaja Customer Care Department. Just send an e-mail to to become acquainted with the specific details. An order number and an invoice must legitimate the Vaja product purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
If we have not received any request from the customer within 24 hours after entering the order, we process it and then we begin the handicraft process. Once the product enters the first handcraft step, it belongs exclusively to the customer who ordered it and nobody else, (i.e. the customer is the actual owner of the case even though it has not been shipped yet). We cannot accept any return or exchange once the product has been handcrafted because of the extensive process involved in the making of custom products. This is why we suggest our customers to carefully check our site initially for detailed product description as well as checking the order confirmation email for any discrepancy that could lead to problems. Custom orders cancellations or changes:
Vaja processes customized products 24 hs after purchase date. Therefore, cancellations for full refunds or modifications to customized online orders are only possible within those first 24 hs.
Custom orders returns
Custom cases cannot be returned or exchanged. Only extraordinary circumstances may contemplate a custom case return and card refund, such as material or confection flaws or product misfunctioning under normal use. In all situations customer may be required a picture to be analyzed by Vaja Product Department, who will be in charge of approving and processing the corresponding RMA.
Stock cases returns
Vaja stock merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from shipping date, as long as it is in brand new condition and in its original packaging. After 30 days, customer is not entitled to a refund. Only merchandise cost is refundable, both original and return shipping charges should be afforded by the customer. If you need to return your Vaja product, please send an email to email@example.com including your order number and reason for return. Once the request has been processed, you will receive the corresponding RMA with return instructions. We reserve the right to limit returns.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. We are not able to process exchanges for Vaja products. To exchange a case for a different one, you should require a RMA for the existing order and then you must place a new order online, which will be handled as a standard order. The refund for the returned case will be issued once it has been received and checked by our Return Department.
